One night only  ·  San Martin, California Amy is Fifty

Saturday, August 8 2026  ·  Doors at 5:00
Cordevalle Winery  ·  Live concert by ALO

Hello Party People! We’re just a week away from Amy’s 50th and we can’t wait to host you all for a night that is going to be a blast.

Where do I go?

The party is at Cordevalle Winery (formerly Clos La Chance) at 1 Hummingbird Lane in San Martin. You’ll enter the gates and head all the way down towards the winery. For those of you driving, we’ll have valet parking there waiting for you.

What do I wear?

Amy has described the attire as…

  • “fancy”
  • “black tie with sneakers”
  • “prom night”

…depending on which day you ask her. Short story is we want to get dressed up and throw down, so be ready to move — more on that later.

Most of the night will be outside. The early forecast is low 80’s when we start and down to high 50’s when we’re wrapping up (a/k/a Cali Cold), so bring a layer you don’t mind dancing in.

When does it start?

5:00 – 6:15 Reception, drinks and appetizers Mulberry Grove
6:15 – 8:00 Buffet dinner The Terrace
8:00 – 9:00 ALO — Set One
9:00 – 9:30 Set break Snacks, and a chance to catch your breath
9:30 – 10:30 ALO — Set Two Encore optional. Dancing is not.

Who is this band?

The party really starts with a live concert from our favorite band. We had to book them a year and a half ago and you’re in for a treat!

ALO on stage
ALO  ·  Animal Liberation Orchestra

ALO (short for Animal Liberation Orchestra) is what happens when you blend California beach-town vibes, jam-band improvisation, folk-pop songwriting, and a little bit of funk into one band. Originally from Saratoga and then migrated to UCSB, Amy has known this band since high school and all the way through college — even performing with them during their years at UCSB. Rumor has it that they may have convinced her to get on stage with them for an encore from their college days, so get ready!

Here’s an ALO Essentials playlist for you (on Apple Music, of course). Like any good playlist, it’s best enjoyed on shuffle.

But what about drinks?

There will be an open bar all night and wine at dinner if you’re so inclined. Just make sure you have a responsible way to get home.

What should I bring?

Yourself and your dancing shoes.

What are we eating?

Here’s the plan for the night.
